Senior cycle students had a fantastic experience today with retired professional boxer and mental health activist Niall Basil Kennedy. Niall's @nbksurvivaltraining workshop aims to equip young people with practical tools and knowledge to positively impact their overall well-being. Students explored the importance of resilience, mindset and looking after their mental health through open conversations, real-life stories and highly engaging group activities. A massive thank you to Niall for an inspiring and impactful workshop. #mentalhealthmatters #care #Respect #wellbeing

A huge thank you to Jenny from Woods Driving School for delivering a fantastic and engaging Driver Theory workshop to our TY students this morning! Students then had the incredible opportunity to get behind the wheel in a secure area of our Sports Hall car park 🚗🙌. It was an amazing, hands-on experience that students thoroughly enjoyed.
